How to Find Your Spark and Purpose article is dedicated to Millennials and ALL of YOU who are confused and had enough of not living life on your terms.

When your life is out of balance, you begin to feel lost and unsure about the significance of your existence in this world.

Your mission is more than simply what you do. It’s about who you are and how connected you feel to your heart and soul.

The key questions to ask yourself:

1.What keeps you motivated and fulfilled behind closed doors, and when no one is looking?

2.What exactly does it imply to discover your purpose?

3.Have you ever wondered why you are here and what your purpose is?

Finding your life’s purpose is finding your life’s direction as well as the true significance of your existence on earth.

Knowing your objectives allows you to better understand yourself as well as plan your life and pursue it. Knowing your purpose has an impact on your attitude, behaviour and wellbeing.

Life is a constant change-Find your spark and purpose

Living on purpose and discovering your spark means to give back to the world by using your God-given talents and abilities.

It is possible to live your dreams?

So many questions…can be confusing. I understand how you feel; I’ve often asked myself, “What is my purpose?” Many times.

However, at other times, I thought my mission was to assist people, making me joyful and being judged by the brightness of my smile around them. For years I had no idea what my purpose was or what I needed to do next.

Be yourself

I learned a lot about human psychology, their needs, wants, and purpose while I worked with people for over 13 years as a sales leader and team builder for several of the top MLM companies.

After working as a waitress in London’s restaurants and then as a mindset coach, I learned much about human nature, their requirements, aspirations, and objectives.

My days went by in a blur, and that’s when the real layering began.

It felt natural for me to communicate with new people and listen to their problems, encourage them to unleash their spark within, and help them discover their talents so they could share them with others. I was at ease speaking with clients and team members without any fear.

I recall the sense of enthusiasm my team members had when I disclosed my successful selling techniques, allowing them to improve their sales.

They kept asking me where I got my drive from and how I was able to meet my deadlines on time.

As a result, my energy levels improved as I was driven to assist and inspire them in growth. Because I like assisting others and seeing their joy and happiness, it makes me happy and fulfilled.

And from my past experiences, I knew it was feasible; furthermore, I could see the favourable outcome for them.

A triumph

I was asked to help my client David C. discover his life’s purpose one day when he informed me that he didn’t know what it was and felt sad about his current employment. As a result, I offered to mentor and coach him so that he could do so.

David discovered it a tremendous help for him to discover his purpose and meaning of life after executing simple measures from my Take-Action Now Program, a weekly review, and coaching. It assisted David in looking at his life in-depth taking action to alter his life accordingly, by allowing him to analyse his existence in-depth and the necessary steps to make.

As a result, my client felt driven and confident to improve his existence, and the transition from a McDonald’s employee to a self-employed plumber was less complicated than he had anticipated—he completed the transformation in only a month. He was grateful for more time with his family, for more leisure time, for being more present in his life.

I understand how it feels to lose time, money, tears, and deal with doubts, confusion, and limiting beliefs; because of trial and error, I’d want to share with you the top 5 strategies for finding your spark and purpose in life.

HOW TO FIND YOUR SPARK AND PURPOSE

1.TURN WITHIN FOR ANSWERS

Finding answers to the questions “What is my life’s purpose?” and “What makes me happy?” is simply because they all have the same answer.

It’s only you who knows your deepest self and what makes you genuinely happy on the inside, as well as the most significant meaning of your life, the source that compels you to get out of bed each day.

You must listen to your heart and intuition, which are your greatest friends.

Everything you need to know is within yourself; you must pay attention to your heart and instincts, which are your greatest allies.

You’ll feel more capable and in sync with your real self if you overcome your limiting beliefs about your identity by practicing meditation and a positive, healthy self-talk and gratitude.

2. PRACTICE GRATITUDE

Gratitude is the path to happiness since happiness is an activity – what you do that makes you happy.

It’s critical to have an abundance mentality. Isn’t it true that you can’t be abundant while living in a scarcity mentality?

The practice of gratitude and learning to be present in the present moment can be aided by mindfulness and meditation.

Positive emotions, appreciation sentiments, and listening to your heart are all required not just for discovering your purpose, but also for living with a purpose!

Don’t forget to appreciate life’s simple pleasures, such as a calm breeze blowing through your hair or the smell of rain on hot pavement. Thank for your friends and family who have supported you all these years and helped you get where you are today.

3. REMEMBER THE CHILD WITHIN

Thinking about your childhood provides clues about what you wanted to perform or not to perform, how you felt performing them, and even gives suggestions about what types of people were around at the time.

Remember fond memories of playing with dolls, building sand and castles the sandbox, pretending to be a superhero?

How did you feel while doing these activities – thinking about your childhood might provide clues about what you wanted to do or not to do, how you felt doing them, and even provides hints of what types of people were around at the time and maybe what still makes you happy?

Consider what brings you joy and pleasure.

When you figure out what your passions are and how to spark them, you’ll understand your purpose in life.

What is it that attracts you? It could be your interests, work, or giving back to others.

What do you feel when you pick a path, participate in an activity, or spend time with certain people?

Do you sense safe, pleased, or jubilant? Keep an eye on what and how you feel in different situations.

There are answers inside of you; trust them.

Just question …

  • What is it about you that makes others like you?
  • How do you feel and what kind of interactions do you enjoy?
  • What are your favourite words to describe yourself?
  • What is the perfect job for you, one that is meaningful and pleasurable?
  • To what extent might someone else characterize a buddy or co-worker who excels at something?

Those are the key questions in assisting you in discovering your talents and gifts.

4. DISCOVER YOUR TALENTS AND GIFTS AND SHARE THEM

What is your highest priority? Is it to find a way for you to fulfil your requirements by living on your passions? The fulfilment of your fundamental needs is the first step.

Discovering your talents and gifts doesn’t need to involve a lengthy, complex procedure.

  • Would you like to discover your talents and gifts in minutes?
  • How would you feel after realising what makes you unique?
  • And how can it impact the others? How can it change their lives too?

The right questions must be asked in to cover your talents and skills.

A SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis may assist you in identifying your strengths, abilities, opportunities that may come your way, as well as turning challenges and disadvantages into knowledge and victories.

Share your gifts

You agree to accept responsibility for your life and let go of any limiting ideas by becoming clear and accepting your true gifts, skills, and who you are.

Self-love and self-compassion are important to have a happy and successful life.

Perhaps you have a flair for music, reading, or enjoy assisting others by sharing your talents, skills, and experience.

You may believe you’re not an expert or that your abilities aren’t special, but other people find them valuable because they don’t know what you know.

Imagine how simply spreading a smile to someone, offering assistance to an elderly person in the store, or giving advice to a perplexed adolescent or adult may make a difference in the world. Your expertise, viewpoint, and life experiences are important.

5. DISCOVER YOUR HOME AND YOUR PEOPLE

Your family members and loved ones may have a difficult time understanding what’s important to you now. They might also be unable to understand their reactions to different situations.

So, think about the following:

  • How can they help you
  • Are they currently involved in your life
  • Observe how you feel when you’re with them, or when you think of them
  • How may it make a difference for you to discover what is most important to them and how they feel about the things that matter to you most.

To know thyself is the whole work.

  • Who are your people and “soul tribe”? Finding your calling in life entails finding out who you are and where you fit into the picture.
  • Do you have a link to the rest of the world?
  • How are you linked to nature, plants, animals, or other elements? What impact might these have on your life and how could learning about where you feel most vitalized or energized help you.
  • How can you tell if you’re with the right people and in the correct location, or community?
  • When you meet individuals, who are compatible with your “soul tribe,” you have a feeling of being at home. A sense of calmness and ease, as well as a sense that you may be yourself.
  • Is it possible to know might knowing their role in your life help them and how would this change the way they interact with you?
  • Instead of being defined by others’ opinions, how do you feel when you know what matters most to them?
  • Sometimes, you may require the assistance of a coach or mentor to help you through the discovery process. I’m eager to help you discover answers to any questions that remain.

Remember, you belong to where you feel at ease and with whom you may be yourself.
